Assist with the development, coordination and implementation of the recreational programs for children and youth ages 5-14 yrs. Lead Supervisor will work directly with the Coordinator. Responsible for supervision of Summer Camp Programs.  Support BGC Kawarthas to meet the agency and community needs through direct involvement and support of camp staff and participants.

This position is responsible to develop and implementation of social recreational programs for children.  It is the responsibility of the leader to provide programming and supervision of children in a camp setting.
